Due to the volume of fraudulent transaction issues associated with e-commerce. Our payment gateway has a strict verification process. We use and encourage the the use of VPN's. Should you be using a VPN, please ensure the IP address at the time of purchase is within the U.S.
If the bank card account billing address information for the bank card you are using does not match what you have entered at check out, your transaction will be declined. Check with the issuer of your card and verify the billing address on file is the same as you are trying to use at checkout.

No returns will be accepted for E-Liquid. To ensure product safety and quality, the products we deliver go from our custody to yours. Should we have made a mistake in filling your order. Contact us and we'll make it right.
Thunderhead Vapor Refunds
Contact us regarding items that may be defective. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping should in cases the product return is required. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Under certain circumstances you may be offered a store credit in lieu of a refund. A store credit will be available immediately when chosen as the resolution. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Thunderhead Vapor Shipping
We are only shipping within the U.S. at this time. If you're IP address is other than the U.S., your payment won't process. If your supplied billing address does not match the address on file with the card issuing bank, your payment won't process. Check with the issuer of your payment card and verify the billing address on file is the same as you are trying to use at checkout. If it is and your still having trouble, contact us. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day. Standard shipping is USPS First class mail. Priority is an option. Orders placed within the Puget Sound region will arrive no faster with Priority as opposed to First Class.
USPS First Class typical delivery schedule is 2-5 days from the time they pick it up. USPS Priority is 1-3 days anticipated delivery time. Frequent logistical delays may extend the expectation by 1-3 days. Tracking numbers are automatically sent. It may be over 48 hours before the scans are available for viewing through the tracking system. Your order is on it's way. We have no control once the package is picked up by the carrier so please be patient with their tracking system. Also, we have found that the occasional delivery may show delivered by tracking, but actually is delivered up to two days later. Please let us know if you have not received an order marked delivered. After an additional 2 day waiting period, we will take action to remedy the situation for you.
